Linn County Website

I offered to build the county website because THIS is what THEIR site looks like in Firefox. This is a screen shot and has not been altered in any way. Why is it so trashed? Because the page isn't finished! There are no closing tags like </table> for instance... meh I don't care.

it used to look like this... almost tolerable and legible.
I'm glad they fixed it so it looks like the picture above!
