They meet every Monday at 9am in the courthouse annex to discuss how best to waste your money... and apparently they're quite skilled at it.
You are welcomed to attend, but your opinions don't mean a thing, they'll just give you the same look that Homer Simpson gives Marge while she's lecturing him. They control your horizontal and vertical.
