2006 brought a couple of changes to Procedures for Processing Personal Property that should make things more difficult for you, not us.We will no longer be trusting that you sold that vehicle for a dollar, even if you did! You will have to sign a document stating the fact that you have sold property, pay our notary and a few other people for their silence. If you fail to sign document before tax bills are generated in November, you will then have to provide documentation that property was sold. (bill of sale or notarized affidavit). SO PLEASE GET A BILL of SALE when selling property so we can screw you properly! |
